Refund Policy
At Faust Wellness, our goal is to provide every patient with high-quality, individualized care. We strive to create a positive and effective experience, but due to the nature of chiropractic treatment and musculoskeletal conditions, outcomes may vary from patient to patient.
1. Services Rendered
All services that have already been performed are non-refundable. Chiropractic care involves complex biological and biomechanical factors, and while we follow evidence-informed standards of care, results are not guaranteed. In some cases, symptoms may persist or temporarily worsen due to underlying or previously unidentified conditions.
2.Prepaid Visits
If a patient prepays for future services but is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund for unused visits will be issued upon request. We will always work with you to ensure fair and transparent handling of any prepayment concerns.
3.Cancellations & No-Shows
We do not charge a cancellation or no-show fee at this time. However, repeated missed appointments may result in a scheduling restriction or fee being applied on a case-by-case basis.
4.Retail Products
Refunds or exchanges on retail items (e.g., supplements) may be offered only for unopened products returned within 14 days of purchase. Perishable items like eggs are non-refundable once sold.
